4. Malicious or Fraudulent Purchases

We take fraudulent or malicious purchasing behavior seriously. Any order identified as malicious, abusive, or fraudulent—including but not limited to chargeback abuse, exploitation of pricing errors, or intentional misuse of the purchasing system—may be cancelled at our sole discretion.

In such cases:

• The order will be cancelled.

• A restocking and processing fee of 10% of the total order value will be deducted from any refund issued.

5. Pricing Errors

In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or system issue, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price.

6. Shipping

Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.

7. Returns and Refunds

7.1 General Return Policy

Returns may be accepted on eligible products within 7 days of delivery, provided items are unused and in original condition.

7.2 Trading Card Game (TCG) Products

All Trading Card Game (TCG) products are final sale.
Due to the nature of collectible and randomized items, no returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted on any TCG products, including but not limited to booster packs, boxes, or single cards.

8. Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes will be handled in accordance with local laws and regulations.
